Operations Consultant
Adya has hands-on experience in Engineering Operations at Estée Lauder Companies, where she managed multiple continuous improvement and business-driven projects focused on enhancing operational performance.
During her Master’s degree, she also led consulting projects across diverse industries, including food production, metals, B2B SaaS, and commodity insurance.
She holds a Master’s in Industrial Systems, Manufacture & Management (ISMM) from the University of Cambridge and a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath.
Outside of work, Adya enjoys playing basketball, Tetris, and sudoku. She’s a passionate coffee enthusiast who loves exploring and experimenting at different cafés.
