William Belcher is a senior consultant with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing environments, specializing in automotive operations, product launches, and multi-shift manufacturing systems. He brings a practical, hands-on approach grounded in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles to help organizations drive sustainable operational improvements.
Throughout his career, William has partnered with leadership teams and front-line employees to assess complex operational challenges, streamline processes, and implement solutions that improve performance while strengthening team engagement. His experience spans product development and launch support, Lean transformations, and operational execution across demanding production environments. William is known for his ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and coaching, enabling teams to achieve meaningful and lasting results.
William holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and combines his formal education with decades of real-world manufacturing leadership experience. His approach aligns closely with Streamliners’ focus on rapid, practical improvements that create measurable value and long-term capability within client organizations.
William enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He is also the owner and operator of a small laser business and a hobbyist koi fish enthusiast. At home, he spends time with his two dogs and applies his passion for continuous improvement to his personal interests as well.
