Harold is a seasoned operations leader specializing in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and strategic transformation across healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. With a strong focus on driving operational excellence and enabling cross-functional collaboration, Harold is adept at leading teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering measurable business impact.
Before joining Streamliners, Harold held leadership roles at Enlighten Operational Excellence, Bank of Oklahoma, and St. John Health System, where he spearheaded enterprise-wide initiatives that generated multimillion-dollar revenue gains and cost reductions. His expertise spans data analytics, automation, and change management, and he has designed and delivered Lean Six Sigma certification programs to build organizational capability. Harold holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration.
Outside of work, Harold is a self-professed nerd who enjoys playing video games, watching movies (especially the classics), and traveling with his family.
