Manguino joined Streamliners in 2025 and excels at optimizing processes and decisions throughout a company, including strategic operations, strategies, and processes, maximizing the company’s bottom line. His leadership roles have included managing complex projects, leading multifunctional teams, reducing costs, maximizing revenue, and streamlining operations.
Prior to Streamliners, Manguino led expert teams in creating processes aided by software created or customized by his teams to generate leaner and more effective processes. That includes sales team strategy enhancement, supply chain network optimization including tax incentives, S&OP processes and software implementation, production scheduling optimization, vehicle routing, staff allocation, telecom cable network optimization, among many others.
Manguino received his PhD in Industrial Engineering with emphasis in Operations Research from The Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP), which included a period as visiting researcher at the CIRELT research group under Professor Laporte’s supervision in Montreal, Canada.
In his free time, Manguino loves to spend time with his family and play with his children. He enjoys playing basketball, hitting the gym, and visiting smaller cities and trying local food and activities while being active.
